Studio Time

I had the opportunity to photograph two friends at SD City College's studio a couple of weeks ago. My friend Anne is pregnant and due mid-June so she wanted some photos to send to family and friends who haven't seen her, and of course, to commemorate her very first pregnancy.
Her husband's only stipulation was that we didn't do a Demi Moore shot. So I told him I was no copy cat - we'd do nude shots without any strategically placed hands! (None of that shown here.)
Since I had access to the studio, I also had my friend Matt come in for a shoot. Matt is half Italian and half Sri Lankan. He's a radiology resident at UCSD who went to med school with my husband. Usually a very happy, smiley guy, I told him to look serious for most of the shots because I wanted a more dramatic look. He did a great job, didn't he?

Wow! I like these pictures. I didn't realize how huge I had gotten! Matt's pictures are pretty good, too. He's a very photogenic guy.
Nice job, Che. I'm glad all is going fab with photography. :)
It's especially interesting to see since it all reminds me of that last time I'd gone to SD to visit you. :D
