My good friend and fellow photographer Daisy Varley just had her second baby girl and figured it'd be a great time do a family photo session while I was in San Diego last week. It was definitely good times during this family session on Mission Bay. =)

We start off tame. John, Daisy, Sofia, and baby Gianna.






And then we have some fun!


Sofia has a big spot in my heart. I've watched her grow from a 6 month old baby to a talking 3 1/2 year old sweetheart.


She's absolutely adorable & I love playing with her! We made sandcastles on Mission Beach for awhile and she called me her best friend. =) When I left to play a game of volleyball and came back, she already had a new best friend-so much for that!








Gianna's only two months old and such a good baby.

These two little guys made the session a hoot! Riot has been Nichole's dog for quite a few years now and he used to compete (and win!) in the Weiner Nationals in Phoenix until the poor little guy broke his back. He's the reason for this family portrait session actually.


Racer joined the family recently and is obviously Ray's favorite.








Look at Racer's long droopy ears! I love it!

A few weeks ago, the owner of a new product called TummyTankz approached me asking if I could shoot her products for her new website and I said, "Hell yeah!". Ok, I didn't say that. That would be extremely unprofessional. I told her I'd love to. And I really did enjoy the whole experience because I got to play with more lights and meet some wonderful people along the way!

The TummyTank can be worn by women of all shapes & sizes and is especially useful for women during pregnancy and after pregnancy (while nursing) since it helps cover your belly and hold up those favorite jeans of yours that can no longer be buttoned.

Emily, Adam, and Anthony. Here's how much they rock: Emily's a lawyer. Adam just graduated and is going to NYU this fall, and Anthony's headed to Brazil next month...to live!!! Not only that, but this session was a Mother's Day gift to their mom. What awesome kids! More to come later...
